Atif Choudhury

Social entrepreneur

Atif Choudhury is a globally recognized social entrepreneur and thought leader on equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). Drawing on his lived experiences as a Disabled Bengali navigating learning differences and the foster care system, Atif brings a unique perspective to his work, which focuses on empowering marginalized communities and fostering systemic transformation.

As the Co-founder and CEO of Diversity and Ability, a Disabled-person-led social enterprise, and Zaytoun CiC, the world’s first Fairtrade Palestinian olive oil cooperative, Atif has driven global change through innovative approaches to inclusion and economic justice. He is also an Advisor to the WHO Rapid Assistive Technologies Board and trustee for Disability Rights UK.
