Matt Parfitt

Serial entrepreneur Matt Parfitt is the founder of the multi-award-winning Radiant Cleaners and Jubilee Events. With a vision for five more businesses, Matt is committed to demonstrating how sustainable enterprises can transform lives and communities.

Matt embodies the spirit of innovation and purpose-driven entrepreneurship. A former primary school teacher, he has channeled his skills and passion into employing people that others wouldn’t typically consider for work. He has run three different businesses, including a cleaning company launched during the challenging period of COVID-19, where employees were paid the real Living Wage—higher than industry standards—to ensure dignity and fairness. His businesses are committed to transforming lives through supportive employment, offering coaching, mentoring, and sustainable opportunities for growth.

His efforts have directly impacted people who have faced homelessness, legal troubles, learning difficulties, addiction, or have fled as refugees—including those from Ukraine. Employees often express that their work has given them “hope, purpose, and dignity,” a testament to Matt’s mission to create meaningful change. Working with corporates and companies in Nottingham, his goal is to see lives transformed by providing opportunities to those who have been homeless, struggled with addiction, or might be survivors of modern slavery.

Matt’s main speaking topics include (but are not limited to) the importance of vision, dealing with risk, the role of faith in business, measurable social impact, changing lives through business, and ‘employing the unemployable.’ A man who believes in giving people a second chance at life, Matt has spoken at the National Social Value Conference, on BBC TV and radio, at citizens’ assemblies, and to multiple construction companies about ethical labor practices.

As the host of the 12-part TV series All In on TBN UK, Matt takes viewers across the country to explore the power of community and enterprise.
