Catapillr have developed a new employee benefit to assist companies in supporting working parents with childcare costs.

Their product is called the Childcare Cash Advance Scheme and it’s a free service for working parents to access.

The company partners with employers to improve employee wellness by making childcare more affordable and easier to manage for all working parents.
