The mission of Cornerstone Place is to contribute to the elimination of homelessness in the UK within 10 years through partnerships with the social sector, social investors and local authorities.

We are a social enterprise dedicated to bespoke, fully funded acquisition and development of housing and mixed use property for our homelessness charity partners.

This helps them provide appropriate accommodation and space for client engagement while also helping them to build assets and sustainable long-term unrestricted income.

Atul was very forthright in his focus on the business fundamentals, very grounded and honest in the challenges and journey of an entrepreneur and encouraging and supportive of our business and future opportunities.
