Ethical Angel has combined the best parts of volunteering and e-learning, scalability and personalisation. We are on a mission to change the way that employees experience work.

We know that virtually reconnecting employees with the world around them adds value to them, their employer and society, and we can prove it.

We map the skills and interests of employees, matching them with experiences that offer development/impact. Our technology then measures all of the activity.

Michael has that extraordinary ability to distil years of lived experience, insight and learning into answering tricky questions. I was only with Michael for one hour, but the content he has given me would fill a book… I just wish we could have had many more hours!
