Future First builds alumni networks for schools and colleges.
We then bring former students together with current students to tell them about their careers.
Our research shows that nearly half of pupils from the poorest backgrounds (on free school meals) don’t know anyone in a job they would like to do.
Meeting former students helps to change this, boosting young people’s confidence and motivation, and helping to transform their life chances.
Typically, alumni are brought in for interview practice, careers fairs, Friday drop in sessions and lectures or as speakers for awards events.
