We are a small consultancy firm combining purpose-led, agile, lean and digital transformation with a goal of working fully in the Impact Sector (social enterprises, B Corps and charities).

We understand that these organisations are less likely to have the direct skills, time or money that larger organisations can afford to continuously innovate therefore we offer typically expensive expertise via pro bono and pay it forward business models.

We are currently using corporate client work profit margins to fund the “Impact Arm” business model.

Graham helped me think through the challenges I’m currently facing and, with some insightful hard truths, helped me realise the sequence I need to tackle them in and ideas of how to tackle them. Invaluable support provided – thank you.
