Our Alumni
NexxStepp Lifelong Educational Services takes an intergenerational approach to provide soft skills training to people to enable them to compete with peers and maximise success in their careers in a rapidly changing 21st century. We offer tailor-made workshops and one-on-one coaching.
It was originally established to both empower citizens and address the pressing challenges associated with youth unemployment in the parish of St. Thomas, Jamaica. In the pipeline are a series of booklets and other innovate learning aids to support people in our three niches: primary age students, teenagers, and corporate companies.
As a result of Covid-19, we want to create physical learning packets we can send to students in rural areas funded by corporate partners (packets to include: NexxStepp branded study at home manual, stationary items, stopwatch etc).
Tom helped me both in the process of narrowing and focusing my brand, as well as supporting me to find my sweet spot in business and fine tune my unique selling point.
