Laurence was voted Businessman of the year 2013 at the international PEA awards, Shell Livewire Entrepreneur of the year finalist 2011, first place in the Santander Entrepreneurship Award 2012, Most Inspirational Young Person for the 2012 Climate Week Awards.

Prior to becoming the founder and CEO of Pavegen in 2009, he graduated with a 1st class honours in Industrial Design & Technology from Loughborough University. As CEO and a member of the Board, he encourages a revolutionary approach to the energy efficiency industry, whilst leading the Pavegen team from a technology and operations standpoint.
