Our Alumni
The Point of Care Foundation works to improve the quality of care for patients and support the staff that care for them.
Our Sweeney Programme focuses on patients and is driven by developing truly patient-centred care. We operate bespoke training programmes for healthcare teams based on proven tools such as Experience-Based Co-Design (EBCD) and Patient and Family Centred Care (PFCC).
For healthcare staff we aim to bolster resilience as evidence shows high levels of stress and burnout. We also work to ensure that all staff have access to a forum at which they can reflect on the emotional and psychological impacts of their role.
Andrew’s questioning was incisive and helpful. He was generous in the sharing of his experiences that were directly relevant to our organisation. It was a game changing moment when he identified correctly the challenges of how our senior team targets our time.
