We hire and help people with special needs or disabilities into jobs in the coffee industry. As coffee roasters, we have access to a wide network of employers who are always looking for good staff.
We believe that hiring someone highly trained by us who will be a valuable asset to any business. We have been roasting coffee for over a decade, and been behind some of the most exciting brands in the industry. With a full lab, a roasting capacity of 10 tonnes a week, and a team of people who do this for passion, we are able to provide some of the best specialty coffee beans from around the world.
We also provide a mentoring program built in partnership with our charity partner, Ellingham Employment Services, who receive 100% of the profits generated by our coffee roasting.
We believe that the coffee industry is stronger as a whole for including people of all backgrounds and encouraging neurodiversity. We hope that we can raise awareness for SEND in the UK coffee industry and consult on ways companies can become more accessible.
