Our Alumni
The Dusty Knuckle is a bakery with a difference. Yes, it makes delicious breads and baked goods. But it also creates employment and training opportunities for young people facing barriers to financial independence: youth offenders, early school-leavers and the long-term unemployed.
The Dusty Knuckle was founded in East London by Max Tobias, who has a background in youth and social work.
Max has grown it into an award-winning social enterprise that he hopes will become a well-loved feature on high streets around the UK.
