The Glasshouse aims to reduce reoffending through horticultural training and employment. We grow and nurture indoor plants in disused prison glasshouses and support ex-offenders toward a qualification. We provide work experience and employment and sell our plants through our retail site and web shop as well as corporate gifting. In addition we offer plant installation and maintenance for offices, hospitality and retail.
I found the Expert Impact session to be incredibly helpful for my management and business planning. The technology and tool recommendations were so useful and his acknowledgement of our project’s potential felt promising. I left the call feeling liberated and like I had great ideas to manage our resources to reach our goals.
