Richard is a founding partner of The Conscious Fund. He has made over 20 investments in psychedelic medicine companies with five of them going from seed to a public company post his firms investment.

Richard also serves as the chair of Microdose the largest media & events company for the psychedelic medicine sector & as an advisor to the Psychedelic Medicine Association.

Live events and music have been a big part of Richard’s career too – he was the creator of a weekend long live event format called the Tidy Weekender and also spent a period of time as the Managing Director of the dance music super club brand Slinky.

Richard has seen over 20 years of technology evolution, from the early internet to AR and blockchain. He also spent five years of his life in senior roles in the music industry with a specialism in brand rights exploitation – from throwing a rave to selling a ringtone.
